By accessing and using Poshmato ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Poshmato provides automation tools for Poshmark sellers, including but not limited to: auto-sharing, auto-following, cross-platform synchronization, and smart pricing features. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• —Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• —All activities that occur under your account
• —Complying with Poshmark's Terms of Service and policies
• —Using the Service in a lawful and responsible manner

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• —Use the Service to violate any laws or third-party rights
• —Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• —Share your account with others
• —Attempt to bypass rate limits or safety controls

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POSHMARK ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS OR PENALTIES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSHMATO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR SALES.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
